Naming & Concept – Brand Identity – Wayfinding System – Sales Collateral

brief

LEX is a mixed-use commercial building located in a prime area of Riyadh, combining offices and retail spaces within a distinctive architectural design. Our role was to create the brand from the ground up — name, concept, and visual identity — capturing the spirit of experience, exchange, and exclusivity. The name LEX embodies these core values:
L for Lifestyle
EX for Experience, Exchange, and Exclusivity

The project was developed across four key tracks:
1. Naming & Concept Development
Created the name LEX and concept inspired by the building’s reflective glass façade and dynamic structure — a symbol of interaction, sophistication, and urban energy.

2. Visual Identity
Designed a color gradient between deep blue and warm orange, mirroring light reflections throughout the day. The visual system was inspired by Reeded Glass Displacement, expressing transparency, modernity, and architectural rhythm.

3. Wayfinding System
Developed a comprehensive wayfinding plan covering offices, parking, lobby, and entrances. The signage and directional elements were designed to align with the building’s materials and overall identity system.

4. Sales Collateral
Designed the project’s sales files to present layouts and features in a clear, elegant, and brand-consistent format for investors and tenants
